These Terms govern your use of the Vision Test mobile application
(com.givni.eyetest) published by Givni Pvt Ltd. By installing or using the App you
accept these Terms.
1. Not a medical service
The App provides screening-style vision tests and eye-wellness information for general awareness only. It is not a medical device and the results are not a clinical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified eye-care professional for any concern about your vision.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Subscription purchases require legal capacity to contract.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us at givniinfo@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices shown in the App are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
- A subscription unlocks the tests, content and features described on the plan card at the time of purchase for its stated duration.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds
Because digital content is delivered immediately on subscription, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at givniinfo@gmail.com and we will review the request in good faith.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to extract our test content or assets.
- Use the App to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription gating or authentication.
7. Content ownership
All test assets, illustrations, wellness articles and code are owned by Givni Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from inside the App or via our deletion page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Givni Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of Givni Pvt Ltd have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
